Hi! I'm Kandecia and I created this webpage to provide you with a streamlined and interactive medium to find and digest information regarding my professional background. I am a Compliance professional that is looking for a position in the Hartford, Connecticut area.  My family relocated from South Carolina to Connecticut in 2017, where I previously worked at BB&T for 16 years.

 

At BB&T, the functions I worked on focused around Compliance, Risk Management, Internal/External Auditing, and Change Management. In Connecticut, I worked at a Mortgage Company where I created and implemented a formal Change Management program for Mortgage Operations; I was subsequently promoted from Manager to Assistant Vice President. 

 

Beyond accomplishing my short and long term goals, I'm proud to have built strong working relationships both here and in South Carolina. I even started a popular book club!
